Alan Jones and Shayna Rasmussen Join MG&C’s Myrtle Beach Office

MYRTLE BEACH, SC - November 2, 2011 - The law firm of McAngus Goudelock & Courie is pleased to announce that Alan Jones and Shayna Rasmussen have joined the firm’s Myrtle Beach, S.C. office.
Mr. Jones’ practice focuses on insurance defense litigation. Ms. Rasmussens’ practice focuses on workers’ compensation defense.Mr. Jones received his law degree cum laude from the University of Georgia, where was recognized as an Inslee & Betti Johnson Scholar and was a member of the UGA Moot Court Board, the Pace National Environmental Moot Court Team and the Vanderbilt National First Amendment Moot Court Team. He also holds a master’s degree in teaching from the University of South Carolina and a bachelor’s degree in English from Clemson University.
Ms. Rasmussen received her law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where she was staff editor and assistant symposium editor for the South Carolina Journal of International Law and Business. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and German literature from Furman University.
